If a contact report includes the word &#8220;aurora&#8221; or the letters &#8220;AU&#8221; or &#8220;AUR&#8221; in the comments part of the report, or has an &#8220;a&#8221; appended to the signal quality report, it will be plotted on the live map. Very occasionally, text in the comments section may include unintended trigger characters which are registered in error as an auroral contact. <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/amunters.home.xs4all.nl\/auroralog.htm\" target=\"_blank\">Click here<\/a> to see the textual reports to confirm them. It\u2019s generated by the application LiveMUF by Dave Edwards, G7RAU.
